Message	replaced engines for that generation. My brother owned a 93 in like 1999-2001ish and the car literally was in the shop a couple months after buying, replaced engine, then went back in the shop for months with problem after problem leaving the car undriveable. It was luckily under warranty and he ended up trading it in. Complete LEMON!! It only had like 50ish k miles and spent almost half it's life with us in the shop. When we subsequently looked through classifieds, many of them selling had "new engine" listed. Not saying it is a piece of shit, but after our experience, I would never purchase one!
